Prompt response to maintenance requests
Our properties are all recently refurbished and are regularly redecorated so maintenance is minimal. Should the need arise, our team will deal promptly with any problem. Repairs will be arranged at your convenience or, should you be unable to be present, a member of our staff will be in attendance.
Collection and drop off at airports
Should you be a new arrival in London, we will be happy to arrange for your collection and drop off at airports.
Cleaning
We will employ cleaning staff if required.
Lifestyle assistance
Many of our guests lead pressured and busy lives and at times require assistance with the more mundane side of life. Should you desire personal assistance with domestic tasks, we are able to arrange this eg taking deliveries and meeting technicians at your home.
